has 200 P1800 !

One in scale 1:1 , the rest a bit smaller..

Niek is a 37 years old graphic designer from Holland and a real P1800 enthusiast.

He was in the beginning of his career as a model colllector when the photo to left was taken. Surely his smile is even bigger now with more than 200 models in the display cabinet

Hej Karl,
Nice to hear from you after the terrific meet at Gaydon in the UK at the Heritage Museum. Just to bring you up to date, my car and I have been very busy constantly travelling all over the USA. I recently drove out to the California Volvo Meet in San Diego with temperatures at or above 100 degrees F. everywhere west of the Mississippi River. I have been averaging over 100,000 miles per year since I retired and have just turned 2.3 million miles (2,300,000 miles)....not kilometers. My car seems to continue to run very well and trouble free. It still gets over 30 miles per gallon and uses about 1 quart of oil every 3,000 miles at which time I am ready for an oil change anyway. My car and I have been in every state in the USA except for Hawaii and Alaska. This time next week I will be on my way back across the US heading to Las Vegas to put my car into a show there sponsored by Volvo Parts Division promoting the use of Genuine Volvo Parts.
Hope this finds you well and enjoying your cars. The picture here is of my car crossing the Continental Divide on my way out west heading for California just a few weeks ago. It was taken by a couple of native indians who saw my car and had to stop to find out what it was and offered to take the picture of me and the car.
Warmest regards to all in the Swedish Volvo Club and thanks again for their very warm welcome and hospitality when I was there in 2002.

All the best/Vänliga Hälsningar,
